How it works
PlexFees takes each city's published fee rates, applies them to your project and lists each fee with the bylaw it comes from.

Pick the city and the building
Choose one of 19 cities, then multiplex, townhouse or apartment, the number of units and the average unit size. Lot size and build cost are optional.
See the estimated fees
We apply the published rates for the city DCC, Metro Vancouver regional DCCs and the TransLink DCC where they apply, school site charges, amenity cost charges and building permit fees. Each line shows the amount, who levies it, the bylaw and the effective date. If we have no rate for a line, the line says so and stays out of the total.
